I just finished 5 days at the GLC in Whistler. Thanks to Mike Varrin for taking good care of us out there. and of course thanks to Free and the boys at One House Productions taking care of the video for giving me and giving me a place to crash. The shows were great and the skiing was amazing!!!!! The final mixes are done and now we are looking for a home for this new record. Time to leave paradise.

Yes!! My record will come out soon. After most of the year in different studios and a few minor setbacks, “Favorite People”, my debut LP, will be out in spring 07. Kid Koala was nice enough to lend me his studio and his ear… Vid is helping with the mixes….art work by Francisco Garcia and cool photos by Messy R! Page Williams helping me get it all together.! its sounding warm, rich and humble, I can’t wait to play it for you.!

Hello everybody ,thanks for all the support and positive feedback
on the "Deeper Shade of Green" EP. Wow it's 2006 and 2005 went by so fast I
forgot to update the website.
Last year started out with a recording contract with a Montreal label
FULLSPIN.
Then I got a call to go on a European tour with MONEY MARK (beastie boys)
and KID KOALA. Although it wasn't easy, no rehearsals and a lot of songs
to learn ; I had fun making music, but mostly I learned a lot watching and
listening to Mark. After his tour I did
some shows on my own in France and came home to Montreal for the Jazz Fest.
Since then I've been busy in the studio producing my next record 'Favorite People'.
The songs are inspired by favorite people, the tracks are recorded with my
favorite band BULLFROG, KID KOALA, SLIM WILLIAMS among others,
co-produced and mixed by Francois Chauvett with a big hand from executive producer
Nicole Bouchard and her label
FULLSPIN. We haven't finished mixing and it already sounds warm and rich, I
can't wait to play it for everyone. Favorite People is to be released in
Sept. 06. I'm doing a few live shows here and there. Check out the tour page

Thanks to everyone for checking out 'Deeper Shade of Green' EP (Outside, 2004).
All the positive feedback, reviews and air play is very much appreciated.
Mark is presently in the studio recording the songs for a full length, entitled "Favorite People".
Twelve songs inspired by favorite people and performed by his favorite band Bullfrog. For a taste see

Robertson and Bullfrog are back on the road with a new Ep, new show and new hair do's.
Deep in the woods of the Laurentian mountains, on the second floor of a green
garage (Bullfrog studio), with the help of bassist, sometimes drummer, Peter Santiago
and turn table-guy extraordinaire
Eric San , singer song-writer, guitarist, Mark Robertson, wrote and recorded the songs
for their new release "Robertson, Deeper Shade of Green, music by Bullfrog".
Adding the multi-talented Brazilian drummer Gutierrez and long time collaborator Ian Babb
on saxophone and flute, with their new Ep in stores across Canada June 22nd and online at
www.tunevault.com,
Robertson and Bullfrog are set to hit the road June 24th. With a dozen new songs from their up
and coming LP it's a new show. Mix in some classic Bullfrog, and you'll cry, you'll laugh,
you'll dance, you'll fall in love
